| Slippery Elm |
this is a wonderful herb used to heal all parts of the body. It draws out impurities and is an excellent remedy for the respiratory system and for stomach problems. One teaspoonful mixed in warm milk, sweetened with honey, is wonderful for irritation of the stomach and intestine. It is also an amazing wound healer and can be poured as a powder directly into wounds or mixed into a paste with water and applied to sores and rashes.
